This policy covers the Tourifye website at tourifye.com. It explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are

Tourifye is a travel technology company registered in Bangladesh. Our office is at House # 49, Apartment B2, Road # 13, Block D, Banani, Dhaka 1213. You can reach us at sales@tourifye.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company or property name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, whether you are a hotel or a travel buyer, and your message.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and to carry on the conversation it starts. If you become a customer, we keep your contact details to run your account. That is the whole purpose.

Who else can see it

Contact form messages are delivered by Web3Forms, which passes them to our email. Our email is hosted by our hosting provider. Both can technically access the message in transit or in storage, as any email provider can.

We do not send your information anywhere else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become customers are deleted within two years. If you become a customer, we keep your records for as long as the business relationship lasts, plus any period our accounting obligations require.

What you can ask for

Email sales@tourifye.com and you can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We will do it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Nothing here follows you to another website.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be told to customers by email.
